Listening to Our Customers

Customer satisfaction and quality service delivery are key to past and future success. To understand what we can do better we communicate with our recyclers and ask for reviews on our performance as an electrical, electronic and metal recycling service. Below you will find a selection of the feedback received over the last 12 to 18 months.

We have used Recycle IT a few times. They’ve been a pleasure to work with -from pre-arranging an available time that suits us and them, to very timely arrival on day. Clean, no fuss, polite-and remove items quickly and efficiently.-and for free for Charities. A 1st class service. The people in the office i.e., telephone, email were very professional friendly, great customer service and the guys who collected the items were prompt, efficient & courteous and very helpful. One of the best customer service companies I’ve come across in Dublin for efficiency, service, helpfulness, and value. Delighted with this service. Left out a fridge & tv for collection. They arrived within timeframe given, took items away and left no mess. They didn’t disturb us either, just got on with the job. Very happy with the service provided by Recycle IT. Very short lead time after my original enquiry. Arrived ahead of time. 2 highly efficient lads filled a van in minutes with all sorts of IT equipment. A brilliant free service for schools. (School Feb 2022).

Recycle IT is a not-for-profit social enterprise providing a collection and drop-off service for all types of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE).

Yearly Recycle IT offered to drop-off and collection services to thousands of homes and organisations of all sizes across Dublin and surrounding areas collecting a range of WEEE which includes thousands of computers, televisions, toasters, cables, lawnmowers, monitors, microwaves and kettles.

Recycle IT services are provided in partnership with WEEE Ireland. Recycle IT is supported by South Dublin County Council and authorized by the National Waste Collection Permit Office and the local authorities across Leinster.
